Service Description

Terms and Conditions A. Studio time begins and ends immediately based on how the session is booked. Delays and interruptions are at the cost of booked time. B. Cancellations must occur a full 24 hrs in advance, otherwise clients will incur a forfeiture fee of $10 per hour booked. For example, a session booked Thursday at 4pm must be cancelled exactly at 4pm on Wednesday the day before or earlier. C. Unpaid cancellation fees = no services rendered until paid in full. D. An automatic fee of $10 applies for session/audio files sent outside of booked studio time. E. All block rates must be paid in full when booked. F. Package changes are only allowed for upgrades. G.All booking must be paid electronically unless arrangements are made otherwise via the online chat feature.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in having to rebook at your expense. "No call no show" you will still get charged.
