Welcome to Studio B Muzik Studios (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking services, visiting our studio, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or directly with our staff.
Payments may be required at the time of booking.
We accept payments through secure third-party providers; we do not store full payment card details.
Late arrivals do not extend session time.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the session.
Sessions canceled late may result in forfeiting the deposit or full session fee.
No-shows will not be refunded.

3. Studio Rules

To maintain a safe and professional environment:

Clean up any and every mess thats create it.
You are responsible for the conduct of anyone you bring to your session.
We reserve the right to end a session early if behavior becomes unsafe, disrespectful, or damaging to equipment.

4. Recording Files & Delivery

Raw session files, stems, and mixes will be delivered digitally.
We recommend customers download and back up files immediately.
Studio B Muzik Studios is not responsible for lost, corrupted, or unretrievable files after they are delivered.

5. Ownership & Use of Recordings

You own the rights to your recordings once payment is complete.
Studio B Muzik Studios retains the right to keep copies of session files for backup and quality assurance.
We may request permission to showcase work in our portfolio, but we will never share or post your content without your approval.

6. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

Attempt to access restricted areas
Misuse forms, booking systems, or contact features
Upload harmful files or code

We reserve the right to limit or block access to protect our systems.

7. SMS Marketing & Communications

By providing your phone number or texting STUDIOBVIP, you consent to receive studio updates and promotional messages.

Message & data rates may apply.

You may still receive essential booking notifications even if unsubscribed from promotions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Studio B Muzik Studios is not liable for:

Personal items lost, damaged, or left behind
Technical issues caused by customer equipment or files
Delays or session changes due to power outages, emergencies, or events beyond our control

You agree to use the studio and our services at your own risk.
